For all your heavy vehicle transport support and expert advice

Increase payloads and profits

Our services

Mass Management: provides an average 10% increase in payload, for example, a 6 axle semi configuration increases from 42.5 tonnes to 45.5 tonnes, a 3-tonne advantage, on approved routes.

Maintenance Management: provides an exemption from the annual RWC requirement for heavy vehicles. It also ensures that you have a system in place to ensure that your vehicles are regularly serviced, repaired and maintained.

Basic Fatigue Management: provides drivers with an additional 2 hours work time, 14 hours instead of the standard 12 hours. As you are no doubt aware, fines for Driving Hours offences have recently increased substantially. This has resulted in many operators becoming accredited in Basic Fatigue Management, not because they want drivers to drive longer, but to provide a legal 2-hour buffer for drivers.

Chain of Responsibility: COR law means that if you operate a vehicle/vehicles over 4.5 tonnes Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) registered to drive on a public road, you must be compliant with a suite of national laws regulations and standards.

Access Permits: To Travel on non-approved roads for restricted access vehicles such as Class 1 OSOM, B doubles, PBS and road trains Australia wide.

Telematics Monitoring Application (TMA) / Intelligent Access Program (IAP): Certain states participation in the Telematics Monitoring Application (TMA) or Intelligent Access Program (IAP) is a requirement to operate at Higher Mass Limits (HML) or as an access condition for specific combinations.

Performance Based Scheme (PBS): Our team of experts can help guide you towards the best combination to meet your needs and access requirements.

Online Accreditation System (Online Solution - Kiri Align): Our online accreditation system has been developed to meet all of your NHVAS Accreditation Business Rules and Standards.
