Meet the Team
Our staff are typically ex Senior State Authority Managers and Officers with significant experience in transport, vehicle standards, compliance and road law related matters. Our team includes members who are approved National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) accreditation and risk auditors.
The delegation of heavy vehicle regulation information and processes from most state authorities has now been transferred to the NHVR, which has left a knowledge gap within the transport industry and that’s where Mass Management can assist.
A significant proportion of the business is focused on responding to questions regarding the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), access permits, operating conditions and general compliance.
Director
Greg is an approved NHVAS Auditor whose wealth of knowledge provides much needed assistance in ensuring clients meet the various laws and regulations in their everyday transport activities. This includes understand on-road practices, PBS enquiries, legislation questions and helping to understand gazettes and state notices.
Greg, along with John, has been leading our training programs and courses.
Administration Supervisor
Tamara is the office Administration supervisor managing all administration tasks, data integrity, stakeholder engagement and client system support.
Accreditation Supervisor
Heath manages our accreditation program for our large client base, including supporting new clients in becoming accredited, maintaining the on-going periodic audit process and to liaise with our independent group of approved NHVAS and WAHVA Auditors.
Chain of Responsibility Analyst
Jess manages both our Chain of Responsibility (CoR) program and our online Accreditation system - Kiri Align, helping clients meet their Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Accreditation obligations
Access Permit Facilitator
Callum administers our NHVR Access Permit program including new and renewal applications as well as liaising with the NHVR and appropriate Road Managers to assist in the approval of applications.
Administration Officer
Sharon completes all administration tasks including stakeholder engagement, mail outs, invoicing and all other general administration tasks.
Accreditation Support Officer
Kylie administers our audit program for our large client base. Liaising with our NHVAS and WAHVA Auditors and clients, to ensure periodic audits are completed on time and in accordance with both the NHVAS and WAHVA requirements.
Access Permit Officer
Allan assists in the administering of our Access Permit program including new and renewal applications as well as liaising with the NHVR and appropriate Road Managers to assist in the approval of applications.
Heavy Vehicle Consultant
John, a former NHVR and TSS Compliance Officer, uses his wealth of knowledge and experience of the HVNL, to assist clients with complex business penalties such as enforceable undertakings, notices to produce and all court matters and proceedings.
John, along with Greg, has been leading our training program as well as assisting clients understand on-road practices, PBS enquiries, legislation questions and helping to understand gazettes and state notices.
We are pleased to announce that we are certified under the “Australian Made” program.
The certification was approved after demonstrating our commitment to sourcing all Australian made inputs into our business.
The certification applies to our system development, our support programs, our printed compliance resources (locally produced plastic binders, printing and binding) and bulk printing which we have all completed in Australia.
