How Compliant are you?

We hope you’re all travelling well.

As you know it’s important that all heavy vehicle operators are compliant to their mandatory duty of care responsibilities.

Recently there have been several investigations as a result of heavy vehicle incidences which have resulted in the NHVR taking action. This has resulted in prohibition notices issued which saw the entire fleet of a company grounded whilst another company has been charged on both category 1 and category 2 safety duty offences under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).

Don’t let this happen to you❗

If you’ve been putting off your mandatory responsibilities because you’re too busy, ask yourself one question, “Would I be safe if enforcement came and investigated me?”

If the answer is no, then now is the time. Don’t put it off any longer.

If you need help with your compliance work then you can call the office and we can offer you assistance and don’t forget if you’re in the Sunraysia, Riverland and Northern Mallee areas we have Justin Hastie available for your compliance needs. He can be contacted on 0404 874 349 or email justinhastie1974@gmail.com
